Payments are handled securely by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and manages VAT. You can pay by card, PayPal or Apple Pay. The journal never sees your card details.
Yes. If a guide is not useful to you, reply to the delivery email within fourteen days and you will be refunded. See the Complaints page for how to raise it.
Essays are published on Substack and linked from each topic page here. Subscribing on Substack is free, with an optional paid tier for extra posts.
No. The Global Girl Journal is an independent publication founded in 2026 by Ligianne Ferreira Mulchande, with no connection to any similarly named organisation.
