This site is deliberately light on data collection. It does not run its own accounts, logins or newsletter database.
Translation: the optional language selector uses Google Translate, which sets its own cookies when you choose a language. If you never use it, it does nothing.
Purchases: when you buy a guide, payment and delivery are handled by Creem. Your name, email and payment details are processed by Creem under their own privacy policy, not stored on this site.
Basket: items you add to the basket are stored only in your own browser, for your current session. They are never sent anywhere.
Hosting: the site is hosted on Netlify, which may log standard technical data such as IP addresses for security, as described in Netlify's privacy policy.
No advertising or tracking cookies are set by this site. The only cookies that may appear are from Google Translate, and only if you use the language selector.
Guides are digital products delivered by email after payment. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment, invoicing and VAT are handled by Creem as merchant of record.
Because they are digital and delivered immediately, guides are covered by the refund terms set out on the Complaints page rather than an automatic right of withdrawal, though refunds are offered within fourteen days as a matter of goodwill.
